Obligations include analysing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build strong community online.
The Social Media Manager will work for Depromat® and with the firm’s in-house marketing team to cultivate a social media following and promote the firm’s brand. He will use posts, comments and replies to engage with audience and develop a relatable corporate voice. The candidate may delegate content creation tasks to other employees (team members) and study which aspects of their campaigns result in the highest engagement and conversions. He also monitors online posts that mention the firm so that he can mediate the impact of negative reviews and share positive testimonials with their current following to strengthen customer relationships.
